What is your multi-entity back-office actually costing you?
Most real estate developers can't put a number on it. We can. In 30 minutes, on one page, with no pitch.
Built for developers, GCs, and property management firms running three or more entities on QuickBooks, Sage, Excel, or any combination of the above.

- Ten questions
- One page of findings
- No slides
The hours nobody tracks are the ones that hurt the most.
Ask a real estate developer with five LLCs what their back-office costs them each month and you'll get a confident number for software, a confident number for headcount, and a long pause for everything in between.
That long pause is the problem. It's the manual consolidation. The duplicate journal entries. The Controller who can't take a vacation without the close slipping. The draw package that takes three days when it should take three hours.
None of it shows up on the P&L labeled as "manual reconciliation" or "spreadsheet babysitting." It just shows up as drag - on close speed, on cash visibility, on the people you can least afford to burn out.
The Multi-Entity Accounting Scorecard makes that drag visible. In numbers. On one page.
A 30-minute diagnostic. Eight categories. One honest answer.
We get on a call. We ask ten questions. You answer them honestly - no prep, no slides, no "let me circle back with my CFO." Just a real conversation about how your back-office actually works. At the end, you get a one-page Scorecard. Eight categories rated Red, Yellow, or Green. Hours-lost math. Three highest-leverage fixes. And a recommendation. That recommendation is one of three things. We'll get to those in a minute.

We have the call
Ten questions about how you consolidate, how you close, how you draw, how you report. Real conversation.
You keep the page
One Anton-branded page: 8 ratings, hours-lost estimate, top three fixes, honest recommendation. Yours to keep.
Eight areas. Each one rated Red, Yellow, or Green.
These are the eight areas where multi-entity developers consistently lose hours, miss deadlines, or make decisions on incomplete data. Each one gets a Red / Yellow / Green rating on your Scorecard.
Three outcomes. We'll tell you which one is yours.
Most software demos end with a quote and a follow-up sequence. This one doesn't. After 30 minutes, your Scorecard lands in one of three buckets.
Your setup is working
Your back-office is in good shape. The hours-lost math doesn't justify a platform change. We'll point out the two or three things worth tightening, and you walk away with a free framework you can run again next year. We don't try to talk you into anything. Plenty of developers get this answer.
There's a measurable cost
The hours and dollars add up. Your Scorecard shows a measurable cost - usually 60+ Controller hours a month and a close that's drifting. If you want, we'll set up a working session to scope what a fix looks like. If you don't, you still keep the page and the math. Your call.
Here's the trigger
You're close, but not there. We'll mark the trigger event that moves you into "Worth a conversation" - usually the fifth entity, the next capital raise, or the first institutional LP. Revisit when you hit it. No follow-up sequence, no monthly check-in emails. We mean it.
Who the Scorecard is for
YES — if you are
- A real estate developer, GC, or property management firm
- Running three or more entities or LLCs
- Using QuickBooks, Sage, Excel, or some combination
- Aware your close is slower or messier than it should be
- Looking for a number, not a sales pitch
PROBABLY NOT — if you are
- A single-entity business with no plans to add LLCs
- Already on Acumatica, Sage Intacct, or NetSuite and content
- Looking for a free demo of accounting software
- Researching ERPs but not ready to talk for 6+ months
- Hoping for a generic "audit" rather than a real conversation
One page. Yours to keep.
The Scorecard isn't a 40-slide deck or a 12-page report. It's one page, Anton-branded, designed to fit on a Controller's desk or an Owner's email. Whatever you do with it next is up to you.
- Header — your company, the date, and who you spoke with.
- Eight-category heat map — Red / Yellow / Green for each of the categories above, with one-line observations.
- Hours-lost math — estimated manual back-office hours per month, plus the dollar cost at a loaded Controller rate.
- Top three fixes — ranked by payback, not cost. Some are free. Some are software. We'll be honest about which.
- The recommendation — DIY, Worth a Conversation, or Not Yet. One of those three. No "maybe."
Why Anton Systems
Anton Systems has been working with real estate developers, GCs, and property management firms since 1989. We're an Acumatica Gold Certified Partner and Acumatica's 2025 Growth Partner of the Year. We've been Acumatica-only since 2020 - we don't sell five different platforms and pretend they're all the right answer. We sell one, when it's the right answer, and we tell you when it isn't. The Scorecard is the conversation we wished more developers were having with somebody - anybody - before they bought another piece of software they didn't need.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this really free?
Yes. No credit card, no sales call afterwards unless your Scorecard lands in the Amber bucket and you ask for one. The 30 minutes is the offer.
What if I'm already on Acumatica?
Then you probably don't need a Scorecard - you need a deployment health check, which is a different conversation. Email Michael directly at meantonelli@antonsystems.com and he'll point you to the right resource.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. No financials, no entity list, no data extracts. Just be on the call, have an opinion about how your back-office actually works, and be willing to give honest answers to ten questions.
Who runs the call?
Michael Antonelli, President of Anton Systems. He's been doing this for 30+ years. He runs the call himself - you don't get handed off to a BDR.
Will you try to sell me something on the call?
No. The call ends with a Scorecard and a recommendation. If the recommendation is "DIY" or "Not Yet," the conversation ends there. If it's "Worth a conversation" and you want to keep talking, we set up a separate working session. You drive.
Can my Controller / CFO join?
Strongly recommended. The honest answers come faster when the person who actually does the work is in the room. One Owner + one Controller is the ideal pairing.
Thirty minutes. One page. One honest answer.
If your back-office is working, we'll tell you. If it's not, you'll have the math. Either way, you walk away with something useful.
