Acumatica Construction / Development – Implementation Consultant

Business Solutions Consultant:

As a Business Solutions Consultant, you will primarily work with our Deployment Team, providing implementation, training, and consulting services for our Acumatica Real Estate Development and Commercial Property Management Software Solutions.

Implementation services include installation, integration, data import, and training. Consulting services are provided via remote services.

Accountability:
The Business Solutions Consultant reports to the Vice President of the company.

Scope of Responsibilities:

Provide software support, consulting, and training for new and existing implementations, post-implementation refresher training, and training on advanced software modules and functionality

Communicate/follow up with clients in a timely, courteous, and efficient manner

Key Performance Indicators

  • Overall Net Promoter Score (NPS)
  • Overall Resolution time / Service Level Agreement (SLA) Compliance
  • High Ratings via Client Surveys
  • Time reporting and usage capacity

Required Competencies:

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

  • Solid Technical aptitude
  • Ability to learn and disseminate ASI Business Software Solutions
  • Ability to listen and troubleshoot client requests, problems, and questions
  • Ability to apply ASI solutions and services to precipitate and meet the needs of our clients
  • MUST HAVE – Three years or more experience in the use, implementation, and support of products like Sage, NetSuite, Acumatica, Yardi, or MRI

Industry Knowledge

  • Understanding of the property management industry – tasks, responsibilities, results.
  • Understanding of the constructoon/development industry – tasks, responsibilities, results
  • Understanding of accounting and accounting “best practices.”

Strong written and verbal skills

  • Ability to communicate to clients to both prepare for and recap activities
  • Ability to translate client requirements/needs into solutions
  • Ability to contribute to pre-sales activities (testimonials, case studies)
  • Ability to contribute to content for published tasks (How To’s, Did You Knows, Blogs, training courseware)

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to interact professionally and “personably” with our clients

Pay: $100,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
